Safety tips for a return to diving after lock down .

A long awaited welcome back ! Diving has returned and while we are excited to get back In the water here are some safety tips for your first dive ;

1. clean and disinfect your regulators which may have been stored away for some time .

2. set up your cylinder and regs and check for any leaks and they that your kit is functioning correctly

3. check through all your other kit and ensure it is fit for purpose , are your cylinders within their test date? When did you last service your regs ?

4. Take time assembling your kit and adjust to returning to the water , plan a few steady shallow dives to test your kit and remember the incident pit

5. last but not least don’t forget the essential bacon cob at half time between dives and a good cup of tea !
